"The location of the hotel is in a not-so busy area of London, I believe it's considered the financial district. It was a quiet neighbourhood. "When we arrived, Max was so welcoming and we lucked out with our room already being ready. Our room had everything we needed and we had a great view of the river and bridges. This hotel is in a terrific location to get to Borough Market, St.Pauls cathedral, Sky Garden, Horizon 22 and Tower Bridge just to name a few places. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

"Very impressed by this place. Just a few minutes walk from Canary Wharf Station; room had kitchen and plenty of room to sit. Clean, modern. Big lifts! Offered Grab & Go breakfast and great place to stay - I was seeing Peter Kay at O2 (one tube stop away) so very convenient. Quiet, safe area etc. Like I say, very impressed (Peter Kay was good too - but not quite his old self - but glad I went)"

"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

"Incredible location. Very clean rooms. Really luxurious bedding and nice furniture. The washint machine and dish washer were fussy. Water was never really super hot in the shower. Oven only really worked with grill, not fan. Didnt have a plug in the sink. Nothing terrible and we were very happy, but would have 5 starsed it if all the equipment in the apartment was working."
