Beach house with sea view

From the balcony you can see the beautiful sea view, located to the north of the island, with access to Siriúba Beach and the secluded Arrozal Beach. The house has on the ground floor, two bedrooms, one suite, a common bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen integrated into the room, access to the mezzanine used as a bedroom with 01 bathroom. On the lower floor, we have two other bedrooms with 01 common bathroom. Covered garage, service area and 01 toilet. On the ground we have, swimming pool, dry sauna, a tree house and the shower. House equipped with bed and bath, kitchen with appliances, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, 5-burner stove and utensils. Dorms with air conditioning, living room with ceiling fan, cable TV and WI FI. Balcony with seating and dining table.

The house and location are even better than the pictures. As for location, the house has ocean and sunset views from multiple sides of the property. It’s also an easy walk to several beaches and a short drive to the village. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We also loved the pool and spa. The property is so nice that we felt guilty leaving for the beach or a restaurant!

Bom dia, A localização excelente e vista maravilhosa. No entanto a casa me decepcionou. Muito escura; 2 quartos razoáveis e 2 muito ruins na parte de baixo do imóvel; garagem apertada com muitas "tranqueiras" e para somente um veículo. A área de lazer é boa, com belo gramado e piscina. Em resumo, entendo que não vale o valor que cobram. É casa para no máximo 2mil a diária.

A casa possui a melhor vista que já tive em Ilhabela, com ótima localização entre as praias de Siriúba e Arrozal. A casa em si é muito bem cuidada e com decoração de excelente bom gosto. Há detalhes (sauna, piscina, casinha de árvore, ...) que fazem a experiência final ser melhor do que a expectativa. A Diana foi sempre muito simpática e comunicativa e o caseiro (Magno) esteve à disposição para qualquer dúvida ou problema. Recomendo!

Tive oportunidade de passar 05 dias memoráveis no imóvel em Siriúba. Ótima area de lazer com vista para o canal de Ilhabela! Piscina e sauna maravilhos com vista para o mar, casa e quarto aconchegantes. Díficil achar pontos negativos. Talvez somente pela pequena churrasqueira para uma casa e area de lazer tão ampla! Voltaria com toda certeza!

Vista maravilhosa de qualquer lugar da casa, limpeza, aparelhos para cozinha e servir, além da Lu uma fofa que nos ajudou na organização da casa. Perto da vila, para curtir praia não precisa sair de carro,o acesso as duas praia é muito perto a pé , coisa de dois minutos caminhando por um caminho mágico, tem um pier no acesso a praia do siriuba e uma capelinha até a praia do arrozal. Amei tudo, em breve voltaremos!!!
