I love the Philippines overall, the people are nice and friendly every time I visit. Only downsides are that it is quite polluted with traffic fumes and rubbish is strewn everywhere.

"Convenient and walking distance to a few eateries. Local flavors as well as a burger joint. The room was clean and spacious, had a tv in sitting area and bedroom with YouTube and Netflix. The Wi-Fi worked great."

"Not allow to bring foods and drinks. It's cheaper to book at the hotel coz they charge 200 pesos for 12 hrs or 300 pesos for 24 hrs, you can save double at booking online. Same owner to Flor-Al pension house in Butuan City. Never again"
