Completely renovated and welcoming its first guests in 2024, Villa Otokar combines historic charm with modern comfort. The property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces where everyone can relax, socialize, and enjoy time together.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub under the stars, mini sauna, and outdoor gym area, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun. The large garden area will also feature a spacious tent for gatherings, meals, or celebrations, making the villa ideal for group stays and special occasions.
