"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quiet and felt very safe, which made for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. They even took the time to explain some of the breakfast items that were new to me, which I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quiet and felt very safe, which made for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The interior design is fantastic. It really changes your mood when you walk in. The room’s furniture is a mix of old and modern pieces but the beds are comfortable. I’m not sure if “dated” or “antique” is the right word to use. the bathroom was large, airy and better than many 5-star hotels. The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and responsive. If you’re driving, I recommend using their secure car park (just talk to the reception staff). There are nice cafes and a Tesco nearby. The city center is lovely, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. It’s a great location to explore the city. "

Old and smelly hotel

"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."
