Casa Giuli si trova al Parasio, antico borgo medievale e centro storico a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Borgo Marina e dal centro di Porto Maurizio che offre numerosi negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento, al piano terra con ingresso privato è stato ristrutturato recentemente ed arredato nei minimi dettagli con ogni comfort per gli ospiti; cucina e soggiorno convivono insieme creando un ambiente unico e molto accogliente e si affacciano direttamente sulla grande piazza. La camera da letto è matrimoniale ed ha un terrazzino con una bellissima vista mare dove potete passare piacevoli momenti di relax. Il bagno ha una cabina doccia moderna con rubinetteria termostatica.
Borgo Parasio si staglia a picco sul mare ed è Zona a Traffico Limitato. Gli ospiti troveranno ogni 2 ore circa una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente alle spiagge di Borgo Marina e ritorno.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, a pochi passi dal Duomo e dalla Stazione di Polizia. Vi sono tutto intorno parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento.
Sempre molto vicino si trova la pista ciclabile e pedonale che da Imperia arriva fino ad Ospedaletti passando per San Lorenzo al mare, Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano, Arma di Taggia e Sanremo.
Nei mesi estivi vengono organizzati concerti all'aperto e numerose manifestazioni.

It was lovely !
Paola is a wonderful hostess ! We have never been looked after so well! She went through everything in the apartment with us and checked in during our stay to make sure we were doing all right. We enjoyed the balcony and the view over the ocean. From the little park just to the right of the apartment, the view is unobstructed and just wonderful. The neighbourhood is terrific with restaurants, shops, pharmacies, a fresh market and a well stocked grocery store. It is a short walk down to the ocean and beach clubs, the marina and more restaurants ! We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the town and met lovely people. A very memorable vacation for us !

Das war der beste Urlaub den wir je genießen durften. Die Herzlichkeit dieser Nachbarn war unbeschreiblich. Die Gegend wundervoll. Die Vermieterin absolut klasse. 5 Sterne reichen hierfür nicht aus. Alles Gute Paola!!!

Un très bel appartement dans le quartier historique de Parrasio , vue sur mer depuis le petit balcon pour des petits déjeuners de vacances, un accueil chaleureux , que du bonheur !

Mare, scorci e comodità. Consigliatissimo!
Casa Giuli è un gioiellino. Molto ben ristrutturata e situata in un posto da sogno. Il Borgo è bellissimo e tranquillo. Passeggiando per i vicoli tra palazzi storici e fiori vedi sempre il mare. Anche dal terrazzino della camera da letto si vede il mare e il porto della Marina. Si possono raggiungere le spiagge a piedi in pochi minuti. Bel bagno, cucina con tutto il necessario e tutto perfettamente pulito. La signora Paola è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio caldamente a chi vuole un posto speciale e un po' di tranquillità.

Vista mozzafiato a due passi dal mare
Dovendo fare un lungo viaggio ho fatto tappa col mio cane in questo piccolo ma super accogliente appartamento a picco sul mare. Non conoscevo questo splendido Borgo Medievale ed è stato tutto una sorpresa. La proprietaria è stata perfetta nel dare le indicazioni (essendo una Zona a Traffico Limitato) e mi ha accolto con grande gentilezza. Perfetto l'ingresso privato e diretto dalla meravigliosa piazza. Comodissimo per il cane che ha potuto girare anche libero non essendoci traffico di auto. In 10 minuti siamo scesi a piedi fino alle spiagge di Borgo Marina e siamo risaliti con gli ascensori. Comodissimo! La casa è ristrutturata molto bene ed è perfetta per due persone. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e c'è una grande televisione. Il letto matrimoniale davvero molto comodo e il bagno, come tutta la casa, era pulitissimo. Raccomandato sicuramente.
