"Right off the beach being between wonderful restaurants and only a couple mins from the pier, a lovely location, the coffee is included! There is blemishes on the walls and corners of the room but nothing that alarms me, just the wear and tear. Overall when I’m in the mood to come back to IB I’ll try to book for here! :) "

"I would of gave this a 5 star, because we really did enjoy our stay a lot! The manager when we checked in was amazing and took care of us so well. The only reason I docked some points is that they didn't even have our room clean when we arrived and the bathroom wasn't very clean, I had to clean it myself and provide my own trash bags. The breakfast the first 3 days was awesome they allowed us to do room service due to my daughter not being able to walk very well, the guys in the kitchen and room...

"The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, the bathrooms were well maintained and the kitchen had everything necessary to be able to cook and enjoy your stay. The complex could use a good refresh but was well kept. The balcony was small, but the view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Management was responsive when we had questions. "Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach. "

"The condo is spacious and has excellent views and locations. We enjoyed the opportunity to gather our family and enjoy meals and special time together. The beach town was quiet in the middle of winter, but things were open and the opportunities for dining were amenable. We want to go back in the summer and do things it was too cold for in December."

"The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you"
