"Vast improvement on last time I stayed there. Waiting and bar staff could do with training in customer service. Plenty of patrons had to ask for their food orders to be taken. I had to ask three times to xheck on tge status of our order. We cancelled dessert as it was over twenty minutes. "

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."

"Lovely stay, receptionist on Friday night was fantastic, he helped us out when there were issues with the electric in our room. (Because of the storm) Very comfy room but was a little noisy"

"At least the third time we have stayed here, though it must be 7 or 8 year’s since our last visit. Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. "The block of apartments is only dedicated to ST rental. It is conveniently located in front of the bus station. The flats are really clean and modern. Staff is friendly and responsive. The buts: they do not have personnel on-site so if you experience an issue as me you may have to wait 30 min for them to show up; they set the heater for me and the house was cold so make sure you learn how to use it; kitchen was fully equipped but it would have been nice to have a hairdresser; from the outside...

"Beautiful location overlooking Lough Swillly. Golf course and beach are 2 minutes away. Loved staying at the house with great facilities and really comfortable beds. Liam is a very accommodating host, always available and checking that we had all that we needed. Highly recommended!"
