I loved this hotel. It is a business or one stand night hotel since it is conveniently close from the Airport T2. I stayed there only one night and the staff was amazing, they speak good English so it is easy to communicate and get clear signals. Also they provide accurate and helpful information about how to get to the Inspire arena and book a taxi for me. The hotel has shared shuttle which is super convenient if you have lot of luggage. Installations are new and the breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but at least eggs and vegetables are available.

Very close to the airport and great value for the price. Due to the proximity to the airport, there isn't much around the hotel, but you're not staying here for the restaurants or nightlife. Staff is excellent.

Missed the flight. Airbnb agent was trying to explain the situation twice and asked if refund or any patial refund or anything can be granted, they cold heartedly said no twice. And airbnb gave me some points to make me feel better. Rooms not sold not that day, so I didn't compete the room with anyone, I will not be even trying this place in the future. I know it's their policy, but still not caring customers at all.

Comfortable room and convenience store inside was a plus. Free drink was ok, didn’t feel too special. I wasn’t aware when the shuttle bus stop its service for the day so when I arrived at Incheon around 11:45pm I had missed the bus and had to take airport shuttle bus. Navigating from the Arex Train station to the shuttle bus stop was the most difficult process. The airport shuttle bus stop is close enough to see the hotel but not close enough rolling 2 large luggages on poorly paved roads and uneven pedestrian sidewalks. There wasn’t a smooth pathway from the bus stop to the entrance of the hotel. Would suggest on-call mini vans accessible 24hrs pickup from terminal because it’s by the airport and flights can arrive late and with customs, customers may arrive after midnight. Of all the transit/layover hotels I’ve been at, this one feels like it caters to city or suburb type clients, not an airport hotel that caters to travelers flying through ICN.
