"Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Close to all facilities. Just be aware there is no air-conditioning when come in summer. Staff were great providing a portable cooler which helped a lot. Car parking was difficult to find at first but eventually found a good spot close by."

"Accommodation good location and easy access to the lifts for MTB'ing. Would be good if better facility for storing bikes as the room was full when we arrived. Bring lock to chain your bike in the room. Missing fly screen on one of the windows which was required as we had to leave the windows open ..."
