. Had lots of tables, chairs, bonfire pit, bbq grill to make it great to hang out in the evenings. Could use a few updates and maybe add a half bath and it would be a 5 star . So close to the marina where we rented a great pontoon for 1 of the days. So close to Burt lake state park and walking distance (2 streets over)to the bar/restaurant on the indian river where you could hang out and watch the boats go by.
