"Wonderful customer service! I’ve never stayed in a place with such great customer service. The dishwasher in my room broke, as a single mother of a 8 month old I didn’t want to wash bottles, the staff washed bottles my son bottles for me! They helped me up and down the stairs with my luggage and made sure my son and I were safe and comfortable! My room was beautiful, super clean and fully stocked! It’s a bit pricey, also I’m a cheap person but id definitely pay for this again! I believe the ladies that helped me was Donna and McKenzie. "

"Indian Shores is a wonderful, laid back beach in a central location that is away from the traffic of the regions busier beaches. Our family loved this condo - the view when you walk in is the breathtaking. We loved being able to see and hear the ocean at all times. The pool and location to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and toys. It was very spacious and comfy! I did notice some dusty areas such as light fixtures and fans, but surfaces were sparkly clean when we walked in. I also thought the beds were a bit too firm, but others in my family didn’t mind. The washing machine and one of the toilets in this unit also gave us some minor difficulties but we figured it out. They’ll need to be replaced eventually. Sadly we had to leave early due to Hurricane Helene and a mandatory evacuation, so we are still waiting to find out how the rental company, VACASA, will handle the reimbursement process. I haven’t talked to anyone directly yet."

"The condo was a great place for our beach staycation. We don’t live far, just over the bridge in Tampa, but not having to trek back after lounging at the beach was amazing. The condo is on the beach, you go down the elevator and walk to the beach no crossing streets, it’s great. Something to note for someone who may care, the balcony does not over look the beach, it looks at the street. This was not a bother for us, but may be an issue for someone wanting to watch sunset from the balcony. Overall I would book this again in a heart beat."
