It's not a bad hotel. Only complaints were that there was some sort of construction going on upstairs and there was a vibrating noise that went on for about an hour. Additionally we complained about the smell of marijuana in the halls as someone on the floor was smoking even though it's a non smoking facility. It continued all night even though we had complained.

Walking in, service wasn’t the best. We were not greeted, and guy at the front was not welcoming at all. In terms of our room, immediately walking in it smelled terrible. Had to open our window, which the screen on it was damaged and I almost cut myself it. Also the curtains were partially ripped, and did not open all the way. The sheets were lowkey dirty looking. The lamp shades were all stained, and there were stains on the carpet. Bathroom was clean-ish, could’ve been better. Overall, the room was doable for the night but was not worth the price.

I never stayed at the hotel and because I could not reach a front desk member to cancel the reservation they charged my card without my consent when I was supposed to pay at the property. They used my saved card and charged full price without calling or acknowledging why I couldn't fulfill the reservation.
