Room didn't look like it was even cleaned. Trash under tv cabinet, on top of kitchen cabinets and bathtub had a rusty drain and was dirty. No one was in the office so we could check out at 7 a.m. when we wanted to leave. It said 9 a.m. office opened it was almost 10 a.m. before anyone was available to check us out. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. WOULDNOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SMELT LIKE POT WHEN IT WAS A NONE SMOKING PLACE.

This hotel was nothing short of foul, there was stains on the bed sheet, the fridge was so scary looking outside we didnt even look in it, rooms were over booked and smelled awful everywhere

The property just was very old and the safety doors into the hotel both from the lobby and from the back We're not working period they just opened up without needing your key card so anybody could walk in. The door from the lobby seemed to get fixed but a day later it was able to be opened again without a key. The backdoors got fixed and that seemed to hold. The bathroom fan was fairly dirty, The kitchen stove had to burners but one was fully missing so just 1 little burner. The refrigerator was a good size and that was very clean. The area general did not feel very safe as there are people searching for garbage and the dumpster. The front desk hours are limited but a person can be contacted by dialing the lobby phone. The staff that was there was kind and friendly but they seemed to be limited on help.

Spent 30 mins waiting for someone to come give me my rooms keys, granted it was a late check in however, took 45 mins to receive my room keys. There was no grab n go breakfast like they advertised in an email i received. BIGGEST problem was that in order to check in i had to pay a $100 deposit fee apart from what i already spent on the room for the two nights

There was nobody there to check me in. I dialed the number given at front desk and it just rang and rang. Lost all my money. Very disappointing and had to check into a different hotel. Im pretty mad!

I arrived in Indianapolis on the 31st May,2024. The hotel lobby was closed by the time I got there to check-in. After I started knocking on the reception window a lady appeared. She was like what do you want and I was like excuse me. Is this how you greet your guess she slammed down on the counter and I said, miss you don't have no customer service skills. Then I asked her to see the room that I was checking into this time she is still slamming down on the counter and I'm trying to figure out if this woman is on drugs or just down right out rude. She gave me the room key I went into the room the room smelled horrible the sheets were not cleaned the worst place I've even been too in my ife. I left the room immediately and asked for a refund. I don't recommend anyone staying here at this place oh and how could I forget the room has roaches inside of it the roach flew on my sister and she started screaming we left there immediately and never returned. Extended stay needs to do better with the upkeep of there hotel and the staff.

Employees were very nice and helpful and great! Other guests were also friendly. Great location. Everything you could need was within walking distance or 3 mile’s away.

Literally stunk like pee when you come in the room, the upper door lock latch on the door was cracked in half. The bed and tv was okay, the alarm and ac unit had something spattered across it? The sink wasn’t even glued down, you could remove the plug in the sink, the ENTIRE toilet wasn’t glued or sealed down so it would move, and the shower barely work. To turn the shower head on you had to yank HARD on the spout for it to start to he shower head and you could even twist the spout around. If you ain’t got much money and you just need a one night stay then sure that’ll work. To add onto everything, the staff came knocking on my door before 10 am when checkouts 11 just to see if I was staying another night.

The room was musty, door had to be like nearly kicked open it was so grossly corroded, we found some type of bug in the room on the second day, the air conditioning did work good, however there was no towels in the bathroom, toilet struggled to flush, overall a very very poor hotel
