"A safe and quiet place to stay for a weekend trip There is also good wifi. There is a laundry room on floor 10, so it's very convenient. Take out garbage on the floor 1 or near the elevator of your own floor. "Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. "This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Stockholm"

"Dirty dusty place. Cobwebs … spiders. Coffee stains on floors. It desperately needs a deep clean. No communication prior to arrival despite numerous attempts from our end. "I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"
