"This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly...

"Absolutely amazing. We loved this hotel, so clean, in a good location. 100% best communication with the hotel regarding packing and self check in as we arrived after 10pm. We just love little qaint hotels. The room was a fair size and a wonderful confortable bed. Bathroom was a good size, with a good shower and products, so nice and warm as we came in November and December. Loved the Christmas decoration. All staff so nice and friendly.
