"We liked location of hotel which was close to restaurants, shops and the museum. I was excited that I booked a room with patio and a firepit. Didn't realize it was a shared patio and firepit and firepit didn't work. Hotel provided a Keurig coffee maker which I appreciated. There was 3 coffee pods plus 1 tea. Creamers were also provided which was a nice touch. However there was only 1 packet with a stirrer, 1 sugar packet, 1 sweetener, a 1 napkin. I know it's a silly little criticism but leaving...

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall design made for a welcoming retreat...

"Beautiful grounds and loved the flamingos & black swans. The pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable and loungers with cushions for rent were virtually empty. Also, wifi was sketchy around the pool area and made a coffee in our room on our last day and it curdled due to outdated (by a month) creamers"

"This hotel has the best amenities in the area. Lake access, pool, jacuzzi, great views, easy access to the Lake Arrowhead Village (Upper and Lower). A Large property with a great restaurant (we had Breakfast there) and a Spa which was AMAZING. It is truly the hotel with the best amenities in the area. "Rates were extremely high for the age and condition of the property. Additionally there was no elevator on the premises making it difficult to get my friend up and down the stairs. "
