What a fabulous hotel! Moments from the Old Town with a couple of nice restaurants and bars right next door. The Suite is huge, if it had a kitchen I could happily live in it! Breakfast has lots of options, and the mimosa station on Sunday morning was delightful. The rooftop pool and sauna are lovely. The rooms are quiet, I didn't hear another soul.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. I had booked 3 rooms months ago, & one of our friend's received an upgrade to a spacious suite. After enjoying biking in Innsbruck, the 6 in our group went to the rooftop hot tub at 4PM. Sadly, they don't fill it or turn on the steam rooms until 5PM! How disappointing.

This was a great place to stay. Right in the heart of Innsbruck, with a lovely pool and jacuzzi, great buffet breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

First thing that we found out was lack of free parking, we had to use the city garage parking which was quite expensive. Then the rooms were very basic, for this price we expected something better. Bathroom situation was strange, sink by the door, separate from the bathroom. Jacuzzi, pool etc were very nice with a great view. Although there were not many towels for the amount of guests using the amenities. Breakfast was very nice with a great touch with Prosecco. Overall we had a good experience but had higher expectations for this price.

Great Stay in Innsbruck
The perfectly situated hotel to explore the city center of Innsbruck! Everything is steps outside the hotel door. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was the most helpful we encountered in all of Europe. The breakfast is excellent and the rooftop pool was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent for access to Altstadt, the University and other downtown locations. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. And the breakfast was wonderful, as I expected. This hotel’s reputation has stood the test of time, my first visit being in 1969. I hope I have a chance to return!
