"This is a shabby, dirty, and rundown hostel. Their website pictures must be photoshopped. Don't stay here if you can afford anything better. We were shocked as the pictures portrayed it in such better condition. Dirty bathroom, uneven dark halls with sheets hung across for a door. As well, the owner promised us a parking spot (two weeks prior in exchanged emails) for 10 euros and when we arrived, there wasn't any available and we were told our car would be towed. It was too late then for us...

I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service."

"This little hotel is right where one wants to be in Lindau-Insel. Not on the waterfront, but in the pedestrian zone and just a few minutes walk from everything. There is a lift and the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just loved staying here."

"Es hat alles gepasst. Genauere Hinweise bezüglich des Parkens hätte ich mir gewünscht. Beim Gasherd gehen nicht alle Kochfelder. Die Heizung hat etwas Anlaufprobleme gehabt. Ansonsten war alles perfekt."
