Customer service was great. Friendly driver/front desk. First room had no heat but I was brought a heater. They later gave me a new room. Was able to drop me back at the airport during the snow storm. I would recommend.

Hot Tub, Game room, Fire Pit, Unlimited Hot Water, with stunning mountain view!
The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything needed in the kitchen regarding appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Unlimited hot water was a real thing! There are 8 of us and showers would have had to be staggered, but we never ran out of hot water. It was lovely after hiking in ...

Auke Bay Chalet~ Ocean views, Hot tub, Sauna, outdoor entertainment, & fire pit!
The home was perfectly as described. Nice to be about outside of town, but close enough if we wanted to go. Home was very clean, love all of the coffee making options, and hot tub delightful!

Charming and private cottage walkable to airport, hospital, pool, and downtown.
Absolutely adorable stay here in Sitka. The space is quite big for a two bedroom. The only issue was a new building is going up right next to it and does block some of the views from inside. If you’re here tho, you’ll get all the beautiful views exploring anyways
