We were happy with everything about the hotel: large room with kitchenette, excellent restaurant, good workout space, and very nice outdoor pool with a shady patio to sit outside. "If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this...

Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building.
