Overall, This property is very convenient, only two mins walk to the station. The buffet breakfast is good and staff are very friendly. The bathroom is small than usual.

Oh my, the hosts were so kind and accommodating. They had a map and told us the places to visit and had a lot of recommendations. Gave us directions and pointed it out on the map specifically. My mom and I were very thankful for their service. They really know what great customer service is. The place was great and the views were amazing. There was breakfast provided and it was a good selection. Thank you so much for a great stay! Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, only gripe is the beds in the tourist room were a bit short but everything else was great. Friendly staff. We had a shared banthroom but it was always clean and somehow always empty even though the hotel was full. Great breakfast.

Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was right next to the train station and in the heart of Interlaken. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was very nice and helped keep the costs down.

Very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to interlaken west station. Super Clean and great breakfast in the morning 7-10 AM. l enjoyed my stay, very friendly and helpful staffs. Definitely will stay again.
