"We had a large comfortable two bedroom for two couples. The bathrooms were not spotless but livable. The hot tub appeared to need a water change and/or chemicals - our bathing suites really smelled after using. Check in, security and parking was all really easy. Fast elevators; good size kitchen, nice balcony overlooking pool"

"While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. "We stayed for one night and it was the perfect place to stay after a day at the theme parks. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. Its in a great area with plenty of restaurants near by. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The concierge was really nice too. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area! 5 star experience "

"Breakfast was not worth the money we paid. It opened at 6:30 and we were there at 7:00. The food was not hot that should have been. We actually paid for 2 mornings but did not use our voucher for the second morning. "

"Great stay. Felt safe and clean. This was our second hotel after leaving Holiday Inn Water Park due to it's bad condition. Floridays was helpful with a last minute booking and was even willing to let us leave early without penalty due to an emergency at home. Only negative comment is that the arcade needs some work (very dated). But our three year old still enjoyed it. "

"We were in building 12 and it was a great loction to lobby area. It was quiet, the room was newly renovated and was cleaned wonderfully when we needed. The waterpark area was alot of fun. The other one was closed for renovations, although we never heard any noise but im very excited to see it when its done. They have great things coming! "
