Encounter the latest luxury fashion trends, sweeping views of Hong Kong, a cinema and rooftop dining at this landmark multipurpose complex.

The soaring skyscrapers and glass buildings of the International Finance Centre dominate the waterfront skyline of Hong Kong Island’s Central district. Come here to discover superb shopping opportunities and satisfy your taste buds at varied dining options. Watch blockbuster Hollywood and international movies and relax on rooftop gardens. Climb up to see the views from the International Finance Centre, one of Hong Kong’s tallest structures.

Designed by acclaimed Argentine-American architect César Pelli, One IFC and Two IFC are modern skyscrapers filled with offices of financial institutions. At 1,352 feet (412 meters) tall, Two IFC is the second-tallest building in Hong Kong. Travel to the 55th floor to learn about banking practices at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority Information Centre. Step onto the viewing platform here, which offers uninterrupted vistas of the city and mountains.

Shop for everything from chic clothing and electronics to jewelry, leather goods and wine at the four-story IFC Mall. Catch the newest movie releases at the five-screen cinema, complete with vibrating leather seats and a state-of-the-art sound system.

With authentic Asian restaurants, coffeehouses, confectionary stores and restaurants serving Western fare, the center’s drinking and dining options cater to most tastes. Find a spot at one of the high-end bars and restaurants on the landscaped roof garden on the mall’s upper floor. The views from here are exquisite and the benches, sofas and tables are free to use. Purchase drinks and snacks from the adjacent supermarket and set up a scenic picnic at the garden.

The Hong Kong subway station has direct access to the center and its attractions. Catch a ferry from the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront to Central Ferry Pier and then walk for about 5 minutes. Paid and valet parking are available.

Visit the International Finance Centre for free. The mall, cinema and restaurants are open daily. You’ll need to present a form of photographic identification to access the HKMA Information Centre. It’s open from Monday to Saturday and has no cost to enter. Free guided tours are offered.
