"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. "Lovely stay in a superior studio flat early june. Fantastic view, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was not particularly comfortable as it was a sofa bed, but that was to be expected as that is what we paid for. Excellent value for money and Andermatt was charming. We will definitely come back :)"
