" ⸻ Excellent Stay – Central, Bright, and Exceptional Service! The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, offering lots of natural light and a fresh atmosphere. It’s close to all amenities—restaurants, fast food places, two major shopping malls, and many individual clothing stores. But above all, what made the stay truly memorable was the fantastic receptionist, Miss Sheller. She was incredibly kind and caring, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. "The hotel is newly built and actually not yet finished. Check in experience was poor, there are no European languages spoken at all and other languages are Turkish and Kurdish, all communications is via google translate. This was slow, tedious and inaccurate. Some of it felt that the staff were poorly trained. They wanted to keep our passports which is irregular and after much deliberation, they agreed to take a photocopy instead. There is no pool (though advertised) and fixtures and fittings poorly fitted in parts, for example the toilet seats are too small for the basin and crucially electrical sockets do not all function. The bathroom we found was not clean, and toilet paper only replaced if requested or empty roll left visible. We couldn't use any of our electrical appliances with the voltage adapter purchased for Turkey and the hotel did not have any to loan except for our mobile phone. The hotel staff offer to help arrange day trips to various places, this is with external contacts that the hotel staff accept payment for. This was the biggest hassle and turned out to be stressful, ruining our trip. We agreed the type of vehicle, places to visit and price with the hotel reception. Then only to get to places and have them add their cost of ticket entry on to ours, not a big deal until we realised they were taking photos of us and then ask for extra payment for places we agreed and then not take us. I can go on but there isn't space. Avoid!"

"I’m a solo American backpacking traveler. For the Turkish price, thus was a great “bang for your buck.” Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English)."
