The house is located in the historic center of the village of Irgoli, an ideal place for relaxing vacations within a quiet area. Recently renovated apartment on the ground floor, consisting of large living room and kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed. In the living room double sofa bed. Bathroom with large shower stall, courtyard for exclusive use. 300 ml. from central square, 450 ml. from supermarket, 10 min. drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, 15 min. drive from the pristine beaches of Capo Comino. Irgoli is 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia. An ideal place for hiking enthusiasts, 10 km from the mountains of Irgoli with its unique forests and landscapes, trails for trekking and rappelling lovers. The territory of Irgoli collects valuable evidence of the millennial Sardinian history. The Antiquarium, with its historical artifacts, and the sanctuary of Janna de Prunas and Su Notante, dating back to the Nuragic civilization, offer the opportunity to see and experience up close the roots on which Sardinia's culture is based.
