Stayed with a family of 4 (2 young children); stayed on the deluxe family room and was ample space with good amenities including full size bathroom toiletries and all the things you need eg washer/dryer, mini kitchen amenities etc. My daughter also loved the bunk bed. Close proximity to 7 eleven; and a cosmetics/pharmacy/essentials store; and a mini playground just a short black away from the hotel apart. We found the 3 train stations nearby all helpful for all the destinations covering a number of the key train lines. Lots of dining and shopping options around Ueno too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was done on the 7th day of our 11 night stay. Very clean and spacious for our family ; convenient. Will recommend and stay again.
