The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

大浴場の湯が夕方の最初はキレイな感じですが 夜になるにつれ汚くなっていくようなきがしました 早朝から大浴場に入れるのですが 風呂を男女で場所を変える（多分朝に変える） 朝入ったとき水が白っぽく２０センチくらいの髪の毛が入ってた

施設に入ったら1階のエントランス全体で排水溝のような匂いがする。これは部屋の階の廊下でもしておりみんな気にならないのだろうかと思った。とりあえず部屋では匂わなかったのが幸いだった。 エレベーターホールに電子レンジが置いてあり エレベーターを降りると食べ物の匂いが充満していた。 敷地内の駐車場がめちゃくちゃ狭くて何回も切り返さないと出れない。
