My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. "Booked with breakfast, but because I was the only person staying in the hotel, they gave me a stupid excuse that they can not serve breakfast. Just tell me the truth, people are not stupid... and I can understand. One of the main reasons I booked this property is because they have a big jacuzzi on the outside of the room, in the garden. Unfortunately, it was so dirty and unusable. I do not understand why they did not clean it. Weather was mostly nice at 22 c. and I would have loved to use it....

"また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"
