Isla Blanca Holidays

The wait staff were all very polite and friendly. The hotel was very frugal with bathroom linen (2 of us were only allowed 1 bath towel each). We had to call maintenance twice to fix the toilets. The Beach and the view were spectacular and the hotel is located near many great restaurants. The grocery store is also close by.

El Cid properties are amongst best places I've stayed by far. Very clean and staff was amazing and very helpful. I will return again.

Beautiful property and the food at any time of day was great

For the most part, the staff was approachable and understanding, but there were a few members at times who seemed bothered to be asked questions. As for the food - it was eatable. But not many regular options, other than rotating themed dishes each night. However, mid way through our stay, the main dining area was closed down to allow construction work to occur. As a result, the restful relaxation was replaced by either the blasting speaker by the beachside pool, or the buzzing of tile saws or jackhammers by the inner pool. I wish i was informed about the planned work. I may have, planned a more expensive getaway for the quiet time. In all fairness, we did have quiet time at least at the beginning of our week and the end of our stay - but still...) I feel a discount toward future stay is warrented for the missed enjoyment of all the have to offer. Oh yes, one last thing... the hot tub is better described as a whirlpool. Jets are present - but the heat is not. At least we had sun and warmth for the duration!

This property is amazing....no complaints.
