No, dos ventiladores no es Aire Acondicionado
El apartamento está muy bien, aunque calificarlo de lujo quizás es excesivo (había platitos de café, pero no tacitas, por ejemplo) Eso sí, muy limpio (gracias, Ester), bien situado, con vistas muy bonitas y un entorno y unas instalaciones (piscina, etc.) estupendas. Eso sí es de lujo. Pero la verdad, sentirte engañado porque tanto por filtros de Vrbo como características del apartamento ponga que hay A/A y luego no es cierto, hay dos tristes ventiladores, pues la verdad, es muy decepcionante y te condiciona todo. Sobretodo cuando a las tardes el sol pega en todas las vidrieras y no se puede estar de calor. Vamos, que después de comer te veías obligado a salir de ahí hasta la puesta de sol. Eso sí, a partir de las 2100 abrías todo y en poco tiempo tenías buena temperatura y se dormía super bien. Pero no puedes engañar de esta manera por mucho que luego me digas que en las fotos se ven ventiladores.

Excelentes vistas al mar.
El apartamento a mí me ha parecido excelente, sobre todo por las vistas maravillosas al mar con unos ventanales super amplios que te permiten ver el mar desde cualquier punto de la casa, el apartamento es muy amplio y no le falta de nada. Una estancia maravillosa. La isla de Arousa es magnífica si quieres naturaleza y buenos alimentos. Lo recomiendo.

VACACIONES EN ILLA DE AROUSA
Es un ático bonito y muy luminoso, con unas vistas hacia el mar muy bonitas y ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, que es ideal para el descanso. Estuvimos bien y muy cómodos, lo único que se notaba un poco de calor cuando volvíamos por la tarde-noche, pero al abrir los ventanales refrescaba rápido, y no había problema. La Illa de Arousa es muy bonita y te permite hacer muchas cosas ( playa, caminar, bicicleta, deportes naúticos etc) y se está cerca de otras zonas de las Rías Baixas que se quieran visitar, por lo que es una ubicación ideal para unas vacaciones. Repetiría y recomendaría el piso y la ubicación.

Una estancia excepcional
Hemos pasado cuatro días en la Urbanización, con tres niños, y el piso nos gustó mucho. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en un entorno maravilloso. Totalmente recomendable.

sauna de lujo
con toda la cristalera en el lado oeste y sin persianas que impidan al sol entrar se ponía toda la casa a la temperatura de una sauna; la única forma de refrescar el ambiente es abrir los ventanales y que corra el aire pero si sales de la casa no puedes dejar todo abierto.El frigorífico no funcionaba , el circuito estaba "picado" (debido a la alta temperatura del ático?) Creo que se debería de instalar aire acondicionado.

Nuestras vacaciones en Isla de Arousa
Hemos pasado dos semanas inolvidables .El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado de la isla, no solo desde lo que se refiere a la vista que se contempla desde la terraza, que nos ha parecido espectacular, sino también desde el el aspecto de la tranquilidad, que es absoluta. El apartamento responde a lo ofrecido en el anuncio de la propiedad, es muy confortable y dispone de lo necesario para pasar una estancia de vacaciones. Finalmente no queremos olvidar el trato tan amable recibido por la propietaria; nos ha parecido un encanto de persona, a la que será un placer volver a ver el año que viene, pues indudablemente, si no sucede nada que lo impida, pensamos volver a disfrutar de esa casa en las mismas fechas. Gracias Amparo por tu acogida...y lo dicho ...Hasta el verano que viene!. Joyce y Fausto.

Tranquilidad y familia
Somos una familia con dos chavales y hemos pasado unos días espectaculares en la Isla. Nos ha encantado su tranquilidad, los atardeceres y sus playas. El agua estaba estupenda y hemos disfrutado de unos baños fenomenales. Además está muy bien conectada para disfrutar de las Rías, sus pueblos y su comida, claro. El apartamento muy bien y las instalaciones también. Las vistas son chulísimas, la terraza está muy bien y la distribución muy acogedora aunque es importante renovar la vajilla porque era escasa. Ojo con el calor por la tarde; al ser todo cristaleras se acumula mucho. Es verdad que luego con la brisa se ventilaba enseguida pero si hace mucho calor seguramente no se pueda estar por la tarde en el apartamento. Un pero importante. Los mosquitos en la casa durante las noches. Si es algo puntual, mala suerte. Si es habitual por el entorno, lo mínimo que hubiera esperado es que en la casa hubiera insecticidas enchufables o algo similar. La dueña nos recomendó el Ameca para comer o cenar y lo cierto es que fue un acierto. Eso sí, se ve que tiene fama porque siempre estaba lleno. Un entorno precioso al que volveremos.

"En el apartamento se echaban en falta alguna equipación.El apartamento tenía unas buenas vistas, era espacioso muy luminoso y bien decorado. Le fallaban unas obras en los alrededores que cuando terminen le dejaran muy bien comunicado con el puerto y el centro de la Isla."

"Cet appartement spacieux, moderne et bien équipé offre toutes les commodités. La vue sur la ria de Arousa depuis la terrasse est magnifique.
