Located in highly desired area of Punta Sur and only steps away from Garrafón de Castilla Beach Club, this custom luxurious home is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of all the different shades of turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean, breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop and views of the Cancun skyline. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon margarita or an evening glass of wine, the views are spectacular and best on the island.

Isla Mujeres is only 4 miles long and is easily accessible by renting a golf cart.There is a small beach club, Garrafon de Castilla, steps out your front door and a local path to snorkel in the gorgeous water any time you would like.

With bars and restaurants on the south end, there really isn't much reason to need to go to town other than the hustle and bustle of night life, shopping and mingling with other tourists and locals.

Our home has recently been renovated and just finished construction of rooftop entertaining areas including a sky bar with refrigerator, sink, etc. Home has been remodeled with beautiful custom furniture and offers daily housekeeping (except for Sundays & Holidays) and concierge services available to you.

Lovely Stay!
The home is in an ideal location, housekeeper made us guacamole and chips on our arrival and manager gave us a thorough tour. Sunset views are incredible! The home is laid out very well and we enjoyed the space and roof top deck so very much! Also, the owner is extremely responsive and supportive through all of our 7 night stay. Cant wait to return!

Great Place!
Our children planned a trip for our anniversary for the entire family. I was in charge of finding a house comfortable for all 10 of us. This place was great! The little ones enjoyed the small pool and we had plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated it was in a more quiet area of the island, too.

We had another great stay. We have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Easy to communicate, helps arrange transportation and golf cart rental. Property is clean and was stocked with everything we requested. Location is nice on the quieter side of the island but close to The Joint and east hop on for the island bus or short cab ride to downtown. Another perfect vacation!

Perfect!
My family had an amazing time during our stay and would absolutely come again. The location was perfect for us- away from the busyness of the north end but close to great places to eat. We went to the Garrafon Beach club to snorkel most days and it was like a dream come true. Everyone is so friendly and I can't wait to go back.

Family whale shark vacation
We had a great time! The house worked great for our group of 5 adults. We spent a lot of time on the main level where the pool was located as it was too hot up on the rooftop deck. The views of the water were incredible-the water is amazingly clear for snorkeling & swimming. We rented a golf cart and it was easy to get around to all areas of the island.

PERFECT
We loved the Sun Kissed home! It was clean, beautiful & a great location for us. It was our first time to Isla and we were so happy we chose to stay there. Anyone who likes a quieter, laid back vacation, this is the place to stay. It’s much quieter & slower than the north end of the island, which was PERFECT for us. We ended up eating at The Joint several times with it right across the street. And, in the afternoon, you can hear The Joint’s live music from the pool.

Amazing view, management and location
We had a wonderful stay at this property and would love to come back again! Pictures don't do it justice, rooms are huge and living room furniture has been updated. Very personalized service by the management team. Loved being on the south end of the island and going north for some dinners and beach. Much more peaceful on this end.

Great place. Next to the best snorkeling place in town! It is a duplex, though. We thought it was a standalone house with more privacy but when you’re in the pool, you’re right next to the other people in the pool. Other than that it was fabulous, and I’d stay there again!

Great family property in a good locstion
This is a beautiful and well kept home in a great location on the south end of the island. Close to a few restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the fact that it is away from the hustle of the north end. 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and another half bath off the living area. Love the large opening of the living area to the outside deck and pool area. Very cozy and inviting. Kitchen is very usable. It was needing some more supplies, (cooking ware, etc) but minor inconvenience. Our family loved this home and would absolutely want to stay here again.

Fabulous Property! The travel information (golf carts, transportation from airport to ferry and the ferry) was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 10- day stay! The views are breathtaking as presented in the photos. Daily service was superb! Conveniently located near Garrafon de Castilla, for the snorkelers in our group.
