The over all experience was good the rooms were clean heating was perfect we had hot and cold water all the time.we had breakfast included its the fact obviously you are going to turkey so you will have turkish style break fast but was good for us. We have 2 bed suit with big living room almost 8 mints walk to bus bus stop. The staff was helpfull also worth it for 7 night for the amount we paid

staff are very helpful and friendly location is good around 3 malls and a beach and also not far if you are interested to go to Florya mall and Florya beach , nice buffet breakfast, good size pool and spa services

Blue vista hotel and spa, is a very beautiful hotel close to public transport and local amenities. We stayed in the family suit which was a great size, well decorated with a/c in all rooms. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. We would be back again.

Spent just one night for business. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the huge size of the room. It was convenient for what we needed and exceeded my expectations. It is not super convenient to the touristy areas but that wasn’t what I was needing. It worked great for my business trip and I would choose to stay here again if I’m back in town.

It was a nightmare for my durations of stay with my family at this noisy, outdated building, no amenities, incompetent staff, most staff can't speak English. On our checkin, the bathroom no light and they can't fix, second day full powercut so no power, no hot water no lift stoke in the building for hours, the bathroom was small and faulty, no AC in bedroom as advertised, this is a scam hotel with fake review. AVOID AT ANY COST.

This was one of my worst stays in Turkey to date. I was shocked to see the high reviews after staying here. To start, the location of the hotel is not great. It is at the top of the hill and taxis had a very difficult time finding it even with the gps. When we arrived, they showed us to the room where we quickly realized that the bedroom did not have air conditioning. We asked about this and they immediately said "that is not a requirement in Turkey and very uncommon in Europe." The breakfast was also very cheap with very little selections. Overall, this stay was definitely not worth the price and we will not be coming back. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Bel hôtel, cependant on a dû faire pas mal de demandes à l’accueil, on avait pas de couette, de l’eau chaude, problème de serrure, etc. Il y a des trous dans le tapis, etc. Cependant le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est pas assez garni, pas de jus de fruit, pas de viennoiseries, manque de diversité au petit déjeuner.

Vi bodde på hotellet i en vecka under vår semester, och överlag är vi väldigt nöjda. Själva hotellet är stort, fint och passar perfekt för en familj med 2–3 barn – vi kände oss bekväma och barnen trivdes väldigt bra. Läget är fantastiskt, hotellet ligger väldigt centralt, och från högsta våningen (vi bodde på våning 11) hade vi en otrolig utsikt över hela Istanbul. Verkligen magiskt! Frukosten var också mycket bra, med ett brett utbud som passade både vuxna och barn. Ett litet minus är städningen. Det står att man kan be om städning vid behov, men vi tycker att det borde ingå som en rutin, åtminstone varannan dag. Det kändes lite obekvämt att behöva ringa eller gå ner till receptionen varje gång man behövde nya handdukar eller ville ha rummet städat. Annars var det en härlig vistelse och vi skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka, speciellt om städrutinerna förbättras.
