we were one holiday for a few days at Conrad, when we checked in we were sold that if we paid additional 250 pounds/night we could have upgrade with access to lounge. we paid for the upgrade, but were disappointed, because the food in the lounge was poor, the alcohol provided was limited range, and was provided only between 5-7 pm and everything was cleared up soon after. the breakfast provided in the lounge was also very limited, not good quality. overall we feel we did not get anything more for paying the additional 250 pounds a night, we are disappointed.

Located off a major artery of Istanbul and. Lose to one of the squares, the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus is a lovely Hilton hotel. Staff was all conversant in English, and endeavoured to meet any request. There are many restaurants within 2 blocks west, as well as shopping. Convenience stores (2) are about 2 blocks south .

Whilst the hotel was impressive in terms of facilities and location the staff experience and general ambiance fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is popular for extravagant wedding receptions which go on until 3am so do consider this if you want a peaceful nights sleep.
