This is Yousif and I would like to share my experience with my 16th day staying at Erisin express hotel, I would come to this hotel in every time I visit Istanbul, very professional and friendly staff we appreciate everything and the hotel in a perfect quiet area, good to chill and have a lot of fun in Istanbul, thank you so much for everything!

This turned out to be the perfect spot . We needed to spend some of our time futher west (got there by taxi) but also wanted the convenience to see the sights in the afternoons so it was a perfect option . Situated just 2 mins from the main tramline ✅✅✅ into Sultanamet Just a short 2 mins walk - There are lots modestly priced restaurants just at the adjacent road, plus a supermarket too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its very clean and well maintained. 24 hr desk , great a/c

Super friendly staff, location and neighbourhood is great, tram is close, supermarkets/restaurants also. Rooms are clean but they don’t map the floor. Although the building is new. I like it very much.

Staff are okay. Although they could do with being more humble and polite. They speak good enough English to get by. All common areas are kept clean. Rooms are very small. Could do with removing unnecessary furniture. Bathroom could do with a good scrub as soapscum had gathered in tiles, corners, sink and taps. Showers can be daunting as lots of water goes out onto bathroom floor. The hotel in my opinion was 24 degrees warm. This is well beyond average and can become extremely claustrophobic at times.

First off, Mihraban at the Front Desk was the best in terms of service. I booked this hotel with Expedia points as it had very favorable reviews & ratings on your site. Unfortunately, the reviews from other guests citing how noisy this hotel is was more than true. I couldn’t sleep for 4 nights as I could hear everything coming from the adjacent room, corridor, elevator & more. The lights in the room are terrible. The street in front of the hotel is being torn up, so either muddy or dusty.

Öncelikle otopark olması büyük avantaj. Konum çok iyi konumda. Pazartekke Tramvay durağına 3 dk mesafede. Otele girişte bizi karşılayan Mihriban Hanım kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Lobi sakindi, tam dinlenmelik. Lobide su ısıtıcı mevcut hazır poşet çay içebilirsiniz. Odalar çok küçük, hareket ederken yatağın alt köşe kısımlarına vurmadan zor geçiyorsunuz o nedenle bacaklarda morluk oluşuyor. Oda da çalışma masası, bir adet tabure, iki adet komidin. minibar(içi boş), tv, kıyafetlerinizi asmak için pratik askılık var ve dört adet elbise askısı mevcut. İki kişi için çok yetetli değil. Odada su ısıtıcı yok. O biraz dez avantaj. Banyo güzel. Sıvı sabun, şampuan ge duş jeli gerçekten güzel fakat duş yarım camla kaplı olduğu için, duş alırken yerler ıslanıyor. Gider olmadığı için su gitmiyor. Temizlik iyi herhangi bir toz kir görmedim. Isıtma çok iyi oda sıcacık oluyor. Biz 4 gece konakladık, genel olarak memnun kaldık. Biz sabah çıktık, akşam yatmaya geldik. Bizim gibi sadece yatmadan yatmaya kullanmak istiyorsanız yeterli.

Otel sessiz sakindi. Yatak rahattı. Odanın sıcaklığı havaya göre iyiydi.Temizlik konusunda da sorun yaşamadık.Otelin konsepti bu mu bilmiyorum ama odada misafirler için terlik ve su ısıtıcı yoktu. İkramlık su bile yoktu.
