Staff in this hotel is very friendly helpful. Rooms are very clean. Its location is very convenient for shiping and travelling Metro trains and buses are 5 min walking distance. Most i liked is balconies outside the rooms. I would recommend kings Cross hotel at Levent in istumbol to stay.

Everything about the stay was great except for the smell of cigarettes smoke at the entrance and breakfast area. It’s too bad because the room was great and the staff young and delightful.

Oda gayet temizdi. Tuvalet kağıtları rulo olarak değiştirilmiş ve detaylara dikkat edilmişti. Klima gayet düzgün çalışıyordu. Oda büyüklüğü ve eşyalar makul seviyedeydi. Otelin bulunduğu yer benim iş seyahatim için çok uygundu, gün içinde birkaç kez gidip gelebildim. Tek olumsuz yanı Kanyon AVM'nin klima sistemlerinin gürültüsü geliyordu. Bunu resepsiyona söylediğimde seçtiğiniz tipte odalar sadece bu yönde var demekle yetindiler.

İşiniz varsa da kontrolün bitmesini beklemeniz gerekiyor. Bizden önce kalan biri odadaki cipsi açmış ve kapatmış bunu bizim ödememizi istediler. Hiçbir şeye dokunmadığımızı söyledik ve ödemedik, ordan ayrıldık. İnsana kendini kötü hissettiren bir durum.Bir cips parası bizim için bir sorun değil benim vaktimi alamazsınız. kalacaklara tavsiyem önce odadaki yiyecek içeceklerin daha önce kullanılıp kullanılmadığını kontrol edin.

Otelin konumu çok güzel fakat otel personeli ile Türkçe anlaşmakta zorlandım. İlk olarak gösterilen odanın üstünde havalandırma ünitesi varmış ve odada aşırı bir ses ve titreme oluyordu. Odamın değiştirilmesi istedim 3 farklı personel geldi ve baktılar sonuç değiştirelim diyip yan odayı teklif ediyorlar orası da benzer ses ve titreşim vardı. daha alt odalara geçmek istedim bunun için de fark ücreti talep ettiler ve mecburen kabul ettim. Diğer türlü odada uyuma şansım yoktu. Odada kaldığım sürede aşırı bir tuvalet kokusu vardı ve oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Kahvaltı için sizden sipariş alıyorlar ona göre getiriyorlar.
