Herlige tempur seng, men ikke et 5 stjernes hotell

The hotel itself was a disappointment as we were expecting a 5 star hotel. Service, standard and location dictates 3-4 star. The hotel's breakfast was decent enough, but here a disappointment compared to what one would expect of a 5 star hotel. The room was large and had a relatively spacious bathroom with spa bath. Air conditioning worked, but not optimal, as it was never properly cool the room but good enough temperature to sleep. We had a few technical problems along the way (air conditioning and a light bulb), both of which were fixed right away. The service at the desk was good, they spoke good English and was cheerful and welcoming s. The hotel said to be central. Our view was that it was quite close to most sights, but the reality is that it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Grand Bazaar and 25 minutes to the Spice Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. The biggest plus of the hotel was the amazing good beds, clean Tempur mattresses and pillows, lovely! On the roof there was a nice outdoor area with swimming pool and bar, clean and inviting, but also here, not a 5 star facility. I would say that this is a reasonable and good hotel if you're looking for 3 star hotel, but apply 5 stars I would recommend looking for another.

Hyggelig hotell med store rom med gode senger og bra bad. Fin takterasse med lite utendørs basseng. God frokost inkludert. Litt problemer med tekniske ting og dårlig engelsk kunnskaper hos betjeningen

Good facilities

Comfortable, clean and very spacious room (we were upgraded to deluxe room at check in). Excellent Turkish bath, good gym, and nice roof top outdoor pool.

Katastrophe ! !!! nicht zu empfehlen !

Hotel äusserlich gut ABER: Service ignoriert völlig die Gäste und lässt sich bei Privatgesprächen nicht stören.Gepäckträger wartet bis Gast Gepäckstücke an die Rezeption gewuchtet hat und nimmt dann kleinstes Gepäckstück geht voran verlangt anschließend intensiv einen Tip. Das Bad war teilweise verschimmelt, stank übel nach Abfluss. Die Wannenstöpsel fehlen-sind optional buchbar ! Die Armaturen sind teilweise schwarz verschimmelt. Bettwäsche vom vorherigen Gast verschmutzt. Man sollte Badetücher benutzen zum schlafen. Klimaanlage brummte laut, schlafen nur mit Ohrenstopfen, Der Kaffe miserabel,.- Maschine unsauber Leere Schalen, Brot ...wird nicht aufgefüllt, Bettler setzen sich auf Terasse an Tische der Gäste und fingern im Essen rum, Service ignoriert dies, Fernseher auf beiden Zimmern defekt , der Pool stark verschmutzt, der Haman, wurde dreifach berechnet, - Sonderangebot 15 Euro- abgerechnet 75 Euro , Hotelgänge dunkel, Aschenbecher auf den Etagen seit wochen nicht gereinigt.Team mit großer Sprühanlage läuft auf den Etagen herum und versprüht Pestizide in Ecken und Winkel !!! Orangensaft kostet extra, Der kranke Papagei im Frühstücksbereich bekommt kein frisches Wasser- ist sehr krank ! Steht den ganzen restlichen Tag im Dunkeln ... was soll man da sagen - eine traurige Vorstellung. Angeblich interessiert sich Chef nur für seinen Prosche vor Hotel, ist für Reklamationen nicht ansprechbar,feuert sofort seine Leute bei kleinen Rückfragen.

Great Rustic Option in Old Town Brasov

I was very happy with the decision to stay at the Casa Wagner in Brasov. The location on the main old town square is ideal and it's short walk to all of the main sites in the city center. The rooms have some great character, being decorated in a traditional style; they were very clean and well appointed. Also, the staff was extremely helpful--they were great with restaurant recommendations, arranging tours and calling taxis. Highly recommended.

Godt med måde

Hotellet er fint, men de er ikke specielt servicemindede i receptionen. Jeg bliver personligt irriteret når et hotel mener de skal blande sig i om jeg har en flaske vand på mit værelse. Alt i altt pænt og nydeligt og et kursus til de ansatte ville gøre mirakler.

Eine wunderbare, etwas hektische Stadt - das Hotel an poerfekter Lage, unfreundliche Concierge - noch nicht alt und doch schon vieles am verlotteren - schade, ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Close to the old center

The hotel looks nice and a very good location but is extremely bad maintained. A lot of utilities does not work for example I did not had air conditioning for two days. The pool program on the roof is too short only until 19:00, the staff is not helpfull and quite unpolite. The breakfast is also very bad and the restaurant looks more like a cantine than a 5 stars hotel restaurant.

Standard hotel, fint til kortere ophold

Personalet er venligt, men med meget dårlig engelsk kundskaber, selv de simpleste ting var en udfordring. Servicen på hotellet når man fx bestilte en kaffe var dårlig. Vi ventede ved den indendørs pool i 30-45 min på en kop kaffe Morgen buffen lever ikke op til standard. Der er ikke frisk juice, men noget der minder om meget tynd saftevand.

Store rom, men mye fungerte ikke

I utgangspunktet flotte rom, god beliggenhet, men mye fungerte ikke.Vannet forsvant, måte flere ganger ha hjelp for å få badesystemet til å virke. En av resepsjonsmedarbeiderene var utrolig sur. Grei frkost og meget hyggelig frokostpersonale.

Cet hotel bénéficie de 5* uniquement pour sa déco "bling bling". Rien ne fonctionne. petit déjeuner lamentable. Personnel incompétent, absent, inéfficace. Aucune maitrise de l'anglais. Il y aurait encore beaucoup à dire!!

morgenmad ikke i top og på et af to værelser fungerede aircondition ikke og da vi efter tre-fire dage fik tilbudt et andet værelse fungerede det heller ikke optimalt på det nye værelse. Herudover var vi meget tilfredse og kunne sagtens finde på at bo der igen og anbefale det til andre.

Keurig en schoon hotel

Net hotel, grote kamers. Airco deed het niet. Late check out kostte 100 euro voor 4 uurtjes. Zou er weer verblijven. Ontbijt is goed, alleen geen verse koffie en voor verse jus d'orange moet 7 TL worden betaald.

L'Hôtel était indiqué come un 5 étoiles. C'est une contre vérité. Il est assez obscur, le service n'est pas au niveau, le petit déjeuner est proche de celui d'une gare. Bref décevant.

Great hotel and SPA

Really nice hotel with excellent SPA facilities. If you're looking for that special place so spend a nice romantic weekend, then this is the place. fireplace next top the bed, jacuzzi designed for 2 persons all a very spacious room. Dont miss out on the nice bakery situated right on the corner, which has the best breakfasts ever.
