Delightful house with 3 suites overlooking Zimbros Bay

DESCRIPTION
Our beautiful and cozy house is on the top of the land of the Village of Zimbros Rental Houses, at the top of the hill at 120 meters from the sea. From the rooms you can see the sea or the beautiful Atlantic forest that surrounds us. Access to the beach can be done from inside the village.
The house has a separate entrance with parking for 2 vehicles.
Accommodates comfortably 8 people. It has 3 floors. On the ground floor has a gourmet kitchen and a living room with cable TV and net flix more toilet.
In every room of the house you have access to wiffi internet and cable TV. On the second floor has two suites with double bed and air conditioning. On the third floor has the largest suite with 1 double bed + 2 single beds and air conditioning.
It has its own barbecue and laundry complete with washing machine and dryer. The house overlooks the beautiful bay of Zimbros, is very cozy and is provided with bed linen and bath towels.
Being inserted in an inn can be used all the structure of yard and beach that the Village of Zimbros offers.
We rent our house only during the high season (December / January / February) because in the lower it is home to a mini family of 4 people (Mabel, Junior, Luana and the little Maria Amália. Our minimum stay is 10 nights.
We left almost everything in the house, just took our very personal belongings. What is the house we shared with you in the comfort of your stay and hopefully treat all with great affection, as we prepare to receive them.

LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are located in a self contained ground but with direct access to 4000 m² facing the sea on the beach of the corner in junipers one of the beautiful beaches of the city of Bombinhas. There is no street separating our house from the white sands of the beach. Here hill water, bought fresh seafood directly from fishermen and the neighborhood is friendly and safe.

We have a trade back to the large consumption, but the basic needs and so little have a mass tourism, the beach offers are 2 delicious restaurants, 1 snack bar, 1 pastry, 1 great ice cream shop with children's playground and internet wifii, ice cream parlor some fishmongers, 2 supermarkets of to walk, 1 bakery and 2 stores of beach items and clothing. As a leisure option for children to have the newly opened square of sky hill just over 600m from the village. All this, just 7 km from the bustling center during high season. Our village is easy access to all beaches (2-5 km) and the entrance and exit of the municipality.

Firecrackers have a huge supply of means of lodging and rental homes, but you will only find in Junipers true tranquility to enjoy with your family unforgettable vacation days.

COMING AND GOING
Our house has covered parking for 2 cars, the airport path to the village can be reached by car (taxi) or bus. We recommend the use of the car because the bus line as well as time consuming does not come here. If the guest's interest, to inform about the need to hire a means of transport will assist in what it takes to make your experience (and hosting) with us is as comfortable as possible.

PROCEDURES FOR LEASE
The number of people between adults and children should always be informed at time of booking so that we can accurately calculate the daily rate, otherwise a very high amount will be charged on the day of delivery of the keys by the excess number of people whether adults, children or babies. Do not be afraid, tell us the real number of people so that we may be directing you to the best choice in lodging.

In high season we accept reservations for a minimum of 10 days with 50% advance payment through bank deposit.
For period of less than 10 nights only if there are plug-ins and the rate charged will always be the New Year's fare.
Added to the total value of hosting will be added to the single rate of housecleaning R $ 300.00 that is when we hire a person to prepare the house for the next guests.
The tenant will receive clean and in perfect condition of use of the property and thus will be returned. The fee will be charged upon delivery of keys.

The entry time is from 15 hours and departure by 10 hours. The keys and remaining collection takes place from 14 the 20 hours of the day scheduled for their entry.

BASIC RULES TO STAY IN OUR HOUSE:

6. We do not like much that our guests receive visitors in our house, if they choose so please let us know, but this really is not our profile. We prefer a quiet environment with few people coming and going precisely because we are located in a village with more houses and cherish for tranquility.
7. We accept small animals. They are very welcome! Animals live in this space.
