Boa experiência ! Hotel muito bem localizado e TODOS extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos! As acomodações com algumas questões a serem observadas, principalmente o colchão da cama ( 2 de solteiro escostados ) e tamanho/qualidade das toalhas. Café da manhã muito bom!

Atendimento bom , cafe de manhã com bastante variedade , fomos em um dia de chuva e estava frio , a piscina que er a para ser aquecida , estava gelada, o hotel desliga a agua quente da piscina, fomos reclamar, e falaram que ligaram, resumindo a piscina aquecida , não deu para aproveitar , a sauna molhada também não estava ligada.

Conheço o Blumenau a anos e gosto dele, seus funcionários, localidade Top, porém, há situações que poderiam ser melhores, só que a mais me irritou foram as fechaduras das portas que são muito barulhentas, toda vez que alguem fecha a porta bate ela, o som é bem alto, não tem como vc dormir até mais tarde onde pessoas vão pro café da manhã e camareiras indo arrumar os quartos só porrada. Apesar disso recomendo o Hotel.

Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto bom. Erraram por não informar antecipadamente que cobram R$ 50 pelo estacionamento e erraram muito por não me permitirem um late check out d 15 minutos, isso mesmo, não permitiram que eu ficasse QUINZE MINUTOS a mais o que me acasionou um grande transtorno e perda de uma reunião importante, e o atendente, ainda foi irônico. Falta total de atenção ao cliente.

Bom custo benefício

Estivemos hospedado logo após o carnaval de 2024 por 4 noites. A cidade continua movimentaeda e o tempo fechado e com chuvas mas ainda agradável, deu pra curtir a praia. Pontos Positivos - café da manhã bem variado - ampla área do salão do café - equipe atenciosa - ambiente limpo - oferecem toalha de praia sem custo - bem localizado, a 2 quadras do Atlântico Shopping - vários restaurantes ao redor - possui estacionamento mas cobrado a parte ($35/dia) - possui elevador - tem piscina interna, sauna, e academia Pontos Negativos - quarto sem isolamento acústico, ficamos em um quarto de frente pra avenida movimentada e mesmo estando no 4 (último) andar tinha muito barulho externo - Cama tamanho casal, o colchão achei um pouco gasto - cobertor de pelo e antigo - a cortina não é Blackout apenas corta luz - ar condicionado modelo antigo e muito barulhento - internet com sinal fraco, ao menos no quarto onde estávamos - a academia precisa de manutenção, as 2 esteiras não ligavam e outros equipamentos estavam bem mal cuidados

Critica constructiva y aviso a los navegantes...

Se escucha todo y en la calle el ruido es tremendo, ventanas pobres...cama de la cual tuve dolor de lumbago, desayuno pobre , sin variedad, sauna a vapor no funcionó ni un solo dia...la rubia del desayuno muy agradable pero menudo cachondeo uno de los recepcionista jóvenes estilo surfero...no estaba en lo que estaba y su contestación fue...nadie lo reclamo asi que...aguantate sin agua caliente ...relacion precio- calidad no encuentro logica...esta cerca de la playa pero deja mucho a desear...les deseo suerte pero para un europeo simple, sin mucha exigencia ese hotel no es el idoneo.
