Quartos velhos, sujos e sem conforto algum
Quarto e a cama estavam completamente sujos de cupins e asas de cupins. Até mesmo dentro do travesseiro tinha insetos. O chão estava imundo de insetos. Tivemos de tirar toda a roupa de cama p/ limpar. O cofre nem fechadura tinha mais (ou seja, impossível de usar). A geladeira não estava abastecida e sequer funcionava. Os móveis são velhos e o quarto tem cheiro de mofo. O ar condicionado é antiguissimo e suspeito falar que nunca teve o seu filtro ligado. Por fim, a janela sequer fechava completamente. Enfim, as condições do quarto são precárias. Quanto aos elevadores, tinhamos de descer 11 andares toda vez que quisessemos descer, visto que um dos elevadores não conseguíamos chamar e o outro demorava em torno de 10/13 minutos para subir. Para não ser injusto, pelo menos o café da manhã era de boa qualidade, apesar de o espaço ser diminuto e termos enfrentado filas enormes no buffet do café. Pelo valor que cobram, definitivamente não está valendo a pena.

O hotel é dos anos 70, com bidê e tudo no banheiro, mas tudo muito conservado e limpo. Gostamos muito da localização bem central, funcionários atentos e cordiais. Valeu muito!

Razoável, recepcionista com uma má vontade de atender os hóspedes. Chegamos não tinha vaga para estacionamento no hotel. Tivemos que deixar em um estacionamento externo. Elevadores demorados para o tanto de fluxo que existe no hotel. Ar condicionado péssimo no quarto.

Hotel que nao condiz muito com fotos, principalmente banheiro. Tive problema na descarga, chuveiro com pressão ruim que diminui constantemente. Espelho enferrujado.. Fluxo de pessoas intenso para ter dois elevadores, utilizei mais escada por ter ficado no segundo andar. Café da manhã bem diverso e com ótimas opções l. Disponibilizava toalhas e lenços limpos sempre que solicitado. Pelo valor cobrado na diaria acredito que tem opções melhores

Iniciei minha hospedagem no dia 01/11, logo de cara já surgiu o primeiro problema, eles disponibilizam apenas 1 cartao por quarto, independente do numero des hóspedes (no caso estava com minha esposa, e o normal seria receber 2 cartoes, 1 para cada), mas até aí ok, paciência. Para subir para o meu quarto, entrei em um elevador mal cuidado, e chegando no meu andar encontrei um corredor antigo com pisos quebrados, espelho do corredor enferrujado, a minha porta em mau funcionamento (era preciso empurrar com muita força para fechar corretamente, caso contrario a porta ficaria semi aberta), ar condicionado super antigo e barulhento, controle da TV sem pilhas, pouquissimos canais de televisão (Sem nenhum infantil). O café da manhã foi ok, mas pelo preço da hospedagem, poderia ter mais opções e qualidade. O acesso para embarque e desembarque é bastante dificil, então caso tenha muitas bagagens e/ou uma familia grande, terá dificuldades. Resumindo, nota-se que o hotel não passa por uma reforma ou atualização à longos anos. Minha diária da hospedagem ficou em torno de R$300 para o casal, quase o mesmo valor de hospedagem de outras redes de hoteis como Ibis, então, se puder escolher, não opte por esta unidade.

Não havia vaga de estacionamento no hotel. Fui orientado a deixar o carro em um outro estacionamento a 02 quadras do hotel. Quarto em condições precárias, o cofre ficava localizado no banheiro embaixo da pia e encontrava-se enferrujado, sem condições de uso. Não há tomadas no quarto, para carregar o celular era necessário desligar a TV do quarto. Torneira da pia do banheiro não fecha por completo. Restaurante muito pequeno, sem espaço para comportar todos os hóspedes, sendo necessário aguardar em fila para poder tomar o café da manhã.
