O ponto de atenção para esse hotel é deixar claro que eles não possuem estacionamento no local e se possuem ele é limitado e rotativo pago. Eles indicam só no local que não tem vaga e indicam um estacionamento pago na avenida próximo ao hotel. Chegamos uma noite do jantar e nesse estacionamento não tinha vaga, mesmo tendo pago antecipadamente.

O ar condicionado estava quebrado e não pudemos ligar o ar quente. Pedimos mais cobertas. A tv não era smartv por isso não pudemos espelhar nosso app e nem abrir netflix. Não tinham canais a cabo, somente os convencionais.

Sugiro que poderia ter coberta disponível , só tem uma muito fina e de baixa qualidade no tecido . Tem que pedir extra e são muito leves . Razoável pois ficou a desejar nos seguintes itens: porta do banheiro não fecha ( se fechasse ficava trancado), porta do box do banheiro pesada e agarrando (sem os rodízios de deslizar a porta), falta tomadas nas cabeceiras da cama. No anúncio fala de estacionamento disponível e não informava sobre a taxa e foi a surpresa no check in e cobraram o estacionamento, Positivo o atendimento na recepção, café da manhã e checkout foi rápido.

O local é incrível, limpo e confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos e atendem bem as demandas solicitadas. O local não disponibiliza estacionamento gratuito, esse foi o único problema que não ficou claro antes do chek-in. O hotel possui estacionamento pago, porém no dia não haviam vagas e foi sugerido um estacionamento há 900 metros.
