Ótima Recreação

O hotel é muito agradável e está bem preparado em relação aos protocolos do COVID. A recreação para as crianças é excelente com uma equipe muito animada e atenciosa. O serviço no jantar está um pouco demorado com poucos funcionários pra atender a demanda. O ideal seria que a meia pensão fosse substituída por pensão completa para que os hóspedes não precisem sair do hotel. Há poucas opções no cardápio para para comer na piscina e os valores são absurdamente caros, inclusive das bebidas. Isto nos fez sair para almoçar fora do hotel todos os dias. Apesar do restaurante oferecer almoço pago à parte não vale a pena pelo valor tb e pelo cardápio ser semelhante ao do jantar incluso na diária.

Excelente com um único ponto negativo!

Maravilhosa. Único ponto negativo foi o sofá cama para meu filho, com uma espuma de 3 cm que estava longe de poder ser chamada de colchão!

O resort é sensacional. Começa pela localização, entre duas praias badaladas, mas em local bem calmo e com natureza. Praia particular, com excelente serviço de restaurante e bar. Ótimos restaurantes internos e serviço. Tudo impecável.

Boas instalações, nas serviço deixa a desejar.

Hotel tem boas instalações; Mas não está com protocolos da Covid19 adequados. Empregados dos restaurantes e recreadores com máscaras inadequadas, fazendo com que alguns constantemente ficassem com elas caindo expondo nariz e boca, mesmo após alertados o problema continuou; Carta de vinho desatualizada em relação a disponibilidade da adega no restaurante próprio do hotel; Móveis precisando de manutenção, pois parecem muito velhos para um hotel dessa categoria; Camareiras precisando de treinamento e/ou adequação do seu "check list".

Belíssimo lugar, mas que não vale a diária cheia

Fizemos reserva pouco antes das 15:00, horário do Check in. Quando chegamos 16:00 horas fui informada que, por ser uma reserva ultima hora, não haveria quartos prontos. Tudo bem, afinal, foi de última hora. Senti naquele momento que os funcionários estavam incomodados por ser uma reserva de última hora. Pediram que esperássemos na área comum que em aproximadamente 1 hora viria alguém com a chave. Nos deram, inclusive, o nr WhatsApp. Perto das 18:00 horas mandei um WhatsApp, que não foi respondido. Liguei para a recepção e me falaram que a chave estava lá e que um mensageiro levaria, e que o WhatsApp dado não estava funcionando. Mais 15 minutos de espera (com minha filha de 3 anos cansada) e nada. Fui a recepção (que não é perto) e disseram que o mensageiro havia me procurado. Eu estava todo tempo esperando e nenhum carro apareceu. Mais 5 minutos o mensageiro chegou, nos levou até a garagem, mas disse que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Aqui um detalhe: o motorista ligou para o responsável pela limpeza do quarto e recebeu a seguinte resposta: ‘reserva de última hora né’. Já as 19:00 voltamos a recepção. Mais 10 minutos quando finalmente, quase as 20:00, pudemos entrar no quarto. Em resumo: lugar ótimo, quarto excelente com vista (tel não funcionava), bom restaurante, muitas questões de manutenção pendente nos quartos e áreas comuns. Ladrilho piscina coberta saindo com a mão, gerando riscos. A noite mandaram um mimo para compensar o ocorrido. Local caro para o que oferece.

Péssima experiência!

Péssima experiência! O check in as 17:15 pois os quartos não estavam liberados e demoraram para limpar. Ficamos o dia todo aguardando. A recreação uma falta de cuidado absurda! Deixaram Meu filho na piscina com um hospede “cuidando “ enquanto a “Recreacionista “ ia se trocar. Sorte que fui olhar e recebi essa notícia. No final da atividade , tirou a boia do meu filho de 5 anos dentro da piscina e ele foi ao fundo. Segurou em um menino para voltar. Muito descuidados com os pequenos. Outra menina também reclamou que estava se afogando porque lhe tiraram as boias. A resposta foi: tinha que ter segurado na borda.. o café mal servido com pessoas inexperientes. Quartos com o cheiro horroroso de esgoto. Tialhas velhas esfarrapadas. Iríamos passar 4 dias. Cancelei e só ficamos uma noite.

Local agradável e com alguns pontos a melhorar

Boa estadia. Local bem preparado contra a Covid e com boas opções de lazer. Alerto para o play ground externo ao lado do restaurante Blue Marine: a escada do escorregador está com degraus quebrados. Pratos lindos, com finalização caprichadíssima. A única crítica é que senti falta de variedade de frutos do mar nos pratos principais. É a primeira vez nos meus 44 anos que não senti nem um cheirinho sequer de camarão em um hotel deste nível e na praia. O café da manhã é razoável. Aquém das expectativas para um hotel deste nível. Alerto para a qualidade da tapioca, feita com uma massa muito fina, dura e sem nenhuma pitada de sal, e para o pão de queijo frio e molenga. Todo dia tinha de pedir para esquentá-los. Garçons educados e atenciosos.
