The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business.
Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes.
I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.
