Experience all Ithaca has to offer in our beautifully maintained house. We are right off the river where you can enjoy the running and bike path or just relax in the hot tub over looking these great views. Grill out and enjoy the fire-pit outside with friends and family. When your ready to get out and explore Ithaca we are 1.2 miles to downtown Ithaca, 2.4 miles to Cayuga lake and the start of the Cayuga Lake wine trail, and less then 10 miles to over 100+ waterfalls!!

We have free parking lots across the street from the house for our guest to park their vehicles during their stay.

If i could give this 6 stars I would. We cane for Special Olympics games NY and the house made the weekend fantastic!! Would recommend to anyone coming to Ithaca

Excellent Volleyball reunion for IC
WE loved the place & all of us agreed we would stay at the house again if we come back to visit. Clean very accessible. Allowed us to socialize & catch up with our old college friends and it was the prefect setting. Great views out the window of both IC & Cornell. Great to walk along the canal in the mornings & see crew teams. We Thank Diane for making this so welcoming and easy to get in and out. Next time we will take time to use the jacuzzi & fire pit more. Thank you for making a place like home!!!

Bachelorette Weekend
We came here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. Loved the place, very clean and a good space for large groups. Honestly, loved the water pressure. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident and Erik was quick to figure out how to get us back in which was so appreciated since we were in a bit of hurry at the time.

Wonderful stay near downtown Ithaca!
We stayed here for two nights over a September weekend. Lovely stay! There was plenty of parking across the street on some overlooks near the river. The check-in process was easy, and the home was well appointed. Beds and linens were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Remote Workers
Hosts communicated with us in a timely manner. They also shared lots of suggestions on the local restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed having separate work areas with views of the water. The hot tub was a nice addition. Note: Parking was across the street.. the local traffic was busy during the week.
