"Die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet, besonders die Küche bot viel Platz. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich in einer schönen, ruhigen Siedlung am Stadtrand. Wir konnten von dort aus schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Der Gastgeber, Stefan, ist sehr freundlich."

Es fühlte sich wie Stalking an seitens der Vermieter. eine Teeküche wurde im Netz mit eingeschrieben, aber die Schalter vom Herd wurden angeschraubt, sodass man sich nicht mal Kartoffeln oder Nudeln kochen konnte. Die Räume waren extrem dunkel, sodass wir uns noch eine zusätzliche Lampe organisieren mussten, um schreiben oder lesen zu können. So eine schlechte Unterkunft haben wir noch nicht erlebt und werden sie keinesfalls weiter empfehlen"

"Mit 5 Kindern war es optimal, durch den großen Garten und der Raumaufteilung im Haus. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht mit 5 Kindern. Auch der Weg zu den Stränden auf Usedom hat uns nicht gestört, da man in 20min in Zinnowitz ist. Auserdem hatten wir in den Abendstunden keine Mücken, so das die Kinder ohne Mückenspray toben konnten."

"Wir waren 5 befreundete Pärchen; hatten reichlich Platz. Zu beachten ist, dass das Zimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett nicht für Personen über 60 kg genutzt werden darf und nur 4 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten wären dann im "Durchgangsbereich". Sodass wir das das Gartenhäuschen mit genutzt haben. Viel Platz für viele Gäste, ausreichend Geschirr, Küche komplett ausgestattet. "Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Kinderzimmer ist zwischenzeitlich sogar noch etwas aufgepeppt worden und es ist jede Menge Spielzeug vorhanden, sehr zur Freude unserer Zwillinge 😊. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat aber trotzdem nur kurze Wege nach Usedom oder Greifswald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen 👍."

"Ein richtig schönes Hotel. Die Lage in Anklam, der Wellnessbereich, die coole Bar und das tolle Restaurant sprechen allesamt für sehr für das Hotel. Darüberhinaus stimmt die Preis/Leistung, weshalb ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Greifswald sicherlich wieder auf das Hotel in Anklam zurückgreifen werde. Top!"

Beware of Hidden Fees

"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer."
