"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Good budget option

"Interesting concept hotel. Modular rooms fit two people but just barely. My wife and I laughed a lot crawling over each other back and forth in bed. The overall cleanliness was very high. It is a good location near Tower of London/Tower Bridge. Right beside a tube stop (Tower Hill). The touchless check in and cashless premises were a surprise by not a problem. Good hotel breakfast for $20. It is definitely on a 2 person (well really 1.5 person) room. "

"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."
