"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. "We loved our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us. We spent the days out and about and loved returning to the condo each evening. Everything was very comfortable and spotless. "We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....
