"The room was not ready before our arrival. Honeymoon decoration not made even though previously asked for. Plumbery problem from the first minutes badly managed. A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. "When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful. "

"This is an amazing property, we are in hotels 100 days of the year and this was a great property, especially for Turkey. Great view, decor, the private pool was hot enough to use even when it was raining. Stayed in a few other properties in this town and by far this was the best. Good simple breakfast served right to our door and was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Very patient we had a late arrival due to traffic problems and they were still there waiting and friendly. "Outstanding place to stay .. friendly pets like (dog, cats ,chickens & ducks) are in every where. Also, the break fast is simple & tasty. The only problem is the room (pavilion) is small. Mr. Mohammad (the owner of the property) is living there with his wonderful mother and he is very helpful"

"Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you"
