"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

Sure i was stuck up in the attic room just because i'd booked through Hotels.com and this isnt the first time ive been given an inferior room in hotels, foam party in bar below went on until 1am.
