"The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc. "

"Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall."
